As a beauty brand known for transparency and high-quality products at affordable prices, The Ordinary wanted to create a disruptive and engaging retail experience. What we did

We developed The O. Lab, a pop-up store concept focused on consumer education and engagement. This interactive space offered visitors hands-on experiences with The Ordinary’s product range.
