The opportunity

National health insurer Daman needed an inclusive, large-scale experience to unite 1,000 employees around teamwork, health, and morale. The critical challenge was designing a format that would seamlessly engage a highly diverse, multinational UAE workforce across various fitness and experience levels.

What we did

Herculean Alliance created and delivered a bespoke Hercules Trophy challenge day at Zayed Sports City in Abu Dhabi. We orchestrated 12 “Herculean Labours” designed to be completely accessible across every fitness level—combining collaborative problem solving, strength, technical skill, and agility, followed by a grand awards ceremony and celebrations.

The outcome

The Daman Customer Challenge created unprecedented cross-departmental engagement and elevated team morale across all 1,000 participants, reinforcing health, wellness, and unity as live corporate pillars.
